Christmas was celebrated with joy on December 25, 2019 at Cornerstone Community Church where the message – sermon Christ the Saviour of the World was preached by Pastor Peter.

The preaching went on to speak about the role of Mary and Joseph in the birth of Lord Jesus. He said, “Joseph was a young man who wanted to safeguard the dignity of Mary, the young woman. How many of our youth will be like that today?,” he asked.

“If given the opportunity, we will take advantage of women and young adults but Joseph was different. Let us be like that. Likewise, Mary was the one who went by the word of God, not the popular opinion, friends or others but the word of God. She finally said, may your word to me be fulfilled,” he said.

“We need young women who could say like this,” the pastor said.
